Comes as is in pre owned condition. The 2DS XL works fine with no issues and all the buttons work. There is some discoloration in the back and minor scratches on the screens and back from use. There is no stylus and the hatch where the cartridge goes has trouble closing correctly. The bundle comes with the system, 2 games, charger, and a 4GB memory card.
