Shimano gives the RC3s their glass-fibre reinforced nylon sole, rated at 6/12 for stiffness. It balances efficient power transfer and comfort, ensuring you can get up to speed quickly while reducing the buzz out of rougher roads. Meanwhile, the seamless midsole construction reduces stack height leading to optimal power transfer and a smooth pedal stroke.
